We don’t eliminate change orders by building in large amounts of contingency. We ensure that we know every detail of the project before we quote. Our approach means walking the spaces and understanding the challenges. Nothing is left to assumptions or chance. We believe that developing a truly accurate scope of work only comes from applying our favorite philosophy: measure twice and cut once.
We define no change order as there will be no change orders within the agreed scope based on final bids and pricing of work for any Performance Services project.
All our clients have the reassurance of a very simple promise. If we don’t deliver the energy savings we promise, and for the whole life of one of our guaranteed performance contracts, we will cut a check to cover any difference. That’s guaranteed.
With each contract, we actively monitor building performance and we support facilities teams to help make sure that each building and its spaces are functioning as efficiently as possible. In fact, we are so committed to ensuring ongoing delivery that we have our own dedicated Performance Assurance Group.
